Our subscription service is designed to be totally flexible. Simply log into your account through the BePure website, and then you can select 'Skip Order' on your upcoming order. If you want to postpone your order to a specific date, you can click here for a guide on how to do this.
1. Click here to visit our website and log in to your myBePure account. Click the 'myBePure' icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click on the 'Manage Subscription' button.
3. Scroll down and click 'View Details'
4. Scroll down and click on the 'Manage Subscription' button.
5. On the right-hand side of the screen click the red 'Skip Order' button.
If your screen looks like the image below, you have successfully skipped your upcoming order:
Please note that skipping multiple orders will not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription entirely please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
