Returns & Refund Policy

Check here to see if your order is eligible to be returned for a refund and how to do so.

You are welcome to return an order if it’s not needed. We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with the tamper seal still intact, and returned in its original packaging, well-protected, i.e. BePure box with wood wool/shredded paper. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded as per our Terms and Conditions. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

 

Upon receiving the package (delivery is 1-3 business days), it can be returned to our warehouse to the below address:

Please ensure your packing slip stays within the box so we can identify your return and it would be great if you can email with confirmation that your order has been sent back. Please also ensure that the return is well protected, i.e. in its original packaging with wood wool in the BePure box. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and protection will not be accepted.

 

Once we receive your returned order at our warehouse, we can process a full refund for the product back to the credit card or debit card used for the purchase. Please note if your order was below $79 therefore shipping was charged, we cannot provide a refund for the original shipping. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to show in your account. This takes into consideration the time to process the returned products, process the refund and for the money to show depending on your bank.

 

We also recommend that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number when you return the package which will allow you to keep an eye on the package's return to us if for some reason it takes longer than expected.
